Refund Policy

When and how you get your money back.

Effective: February 1, 2026

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except:

Where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal for a first paid month, provided you have not started using paid features).
If we terminate your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full within 5 business days of a verified request.

Digital products (presets, templates, LUTs) purchased through the Marketplace are non-refundable after download. Sellers may offer a more generous refund policy at their discretion.
