By using Photo Bridge you agree not to upload, store, transmit or share content that:

• is illegal in the jurisdiction where it originates or where it is delivered;
• depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent extremism — we cooperate with NCMEC, IWF and equivalent bodies and preserve evidence for law enforcement;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, moral, privacy or publicity right — see our DMCA Policy for takedown procedure;
• contains malware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or automation designed to abuse the Service;
• harasses, defames or threatens any person or group;
• discloses another person's identifiable information without their consent;
• circumvents rate limits, access controls or licence keys;
• uses the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").

We may remove content, suspend accounts or report to authorities without notice where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.
